Falcons, Eagles Roll to Wins

The Salina Falcons Senior American Legion baseball team rolled to a pair of wins in Newton, winning 28-1 and 19-1. The Falcons pounded out 39 hits in 10 innings of play, and eight different players had at least two hits in game one. The Falcons are now 12-1.

The Salina Eagles Junior American Legion baseball team swept the Hays Renegades 12-4 and 23-9. The Eagles scored 12 in the first and 11 in the second in their game two win. The Eagles are now 12-5.

The Salina Hawks Junior American Legion baseball team hosts Hays this evening at Matson Field, beginning at 6 o'clock.
