Falcons Win Opener in Omaha

The Salina Falcons Senior American Leigon Baseball team wins its opener at the Battle of Omaha tournament, downing Castle View, Colorado, 8-0. The Falcons play twice today, taking on the Florida Rays at 1 o'clock followed by Rapid City, South Dakota at 3:30.

The Salina Hawks Junior American Legion Baseball team hosts Wamego for a doubleheader beginning at 6 o'clock at Dean Evans Stadium.

The Salina Eagles Junior American Legion Baseball team begins play in the Andover tournament, playing Wellington at 12:30 and Clearwater at 5:30.
