DUI Checklane Nets No Drunk Drivers

Officers stopped 79 vehicles
A DUI checklane late Wednesday night into early Thursday morning nets several arrests, but none for drunk driving.
According to Salina Police, officers stopped 79 vehicles in the 400 block of north Broadway. During those stops, 12 drivers were evaluated for possible drunk driving. None of them were arrested for DUI.
Police did make several other arrests and issue several citations.

2 obstruction citations
2 suspended drivers licenses
1 minor in consumption
1 defect citation
1 warant arrest

Most of these idiots more likely were from skyfire. I could guess by how many SPD were riding back and forth. Also if you are smart you would not take crawford when leaving skyfire due to checklanes. Should have took mag..

What a waste of time when there were misuse of fireworks all over the city. I guess all promised by P D and the sheriff just was running off at the mouth.

the 12 drivers that were evaluated ,must be experienced in balancing acts ,walking the line ,and follow the pen ,,, ,they otta ,start a class on how to beat the system ,also coming that close to being arrested ,should make them second guess there actions ,it cured me .......

And as far as my life being miserable? Nah, I am perfectly content, financially and physically.... I've come to the conclusion, Whocares must indeed be a young person, teenager that most likely does not get enough attention from his parents. And, it would be a safe bet, with the awful vile he spews, I cannot imagine a woman (OR, perhaps in his case, a man) that would be interested in having a relationship with him, God help the woman that gets involved with this creep!!

The reason they did not get any Drunk drivers is because they were all too busy setting stuff on fire with their fireworks, they weren't out driving around!! LOL :)
