Falcons Hold off Hays

The Salina Falcons came through with 18 hits to power their way to a 12-7 win over Hays.

The Falcons used a four-run sixth to turn a 6-5 lead into a 10-5 lead. Kennan Breen allowed five runs with just one earned over six innings to pick up the win.

The Falcons are now 25-8, and play at Emporia this evening. Also tonight, the Salina Hawks host McPherson at 6 o'clock at Matson Field.
