Police say he had bagged up items from around the house.
A Salina couple surprises a burglar in their home.
Police arrested 23-year-old Francisco Coca on Tuesday night after a couple came home to find their front door open and the lights on inside their mobile home in the 900 block N. 13th.
Police say as the man and woman looked inside - Coca allegedly ran out from a back bedroom and fled on foot. He left behind some items he had bagged up from around the house.
Police used the description of someone the couple said was a neighbor and arrested Coca a few lots away.
Damage listed to the door and doorjamb is $75.
Coca is facing charges of aggravated burglary, damage to property and attempted theft.

Right On Ksfarmdude! Now lets see if the court can do their thing or end up just giving the guy probation or 200 hours of community service.

Once again they stumbled into an arrest especially in that trailer court.

I agree GetAGrip, I hope they take the hard line with this, time to start making examples of these thieves!! Glad they were caught and arrested. I loved the article in the paper, they called this trailer park, "Del Ray Mobile Estates", LOL. Gosh, just the name of the place makes ya wanna pack up and move there!!! NOT LOL :)

Wait a minute you all seem to forget he gets a trip to K-Motel air condition room, 3 squares a day, cable tv and snacks. That has got to be a step up from the trailer court he comes from.
