Hawks Join Eagles at Class A State Tournament

The Salina Hawks Junior American Legion baseball team won its Zone tournament in Nickerson on Saturday with an 8-0 win over the Hays Monarchs. The Hawks join the Salina Eagles in this week's Class A state tournament in Pratt. The Hawks play at 1 o'clock Wednesday against Arkansas City, while the Eagles take on the Hays Eagles at 3 o'clock.

The Salina Falcons Senior American Legion baseball team will play in their zone tournament this week, which opens Wednesday at Matson Field.
