Hawks, Eagles Open State Play Today

The Class A American Legion State Baseball tournament begins today in Pratt. The Salina Hawks and Salina Eagles will both be part of the tournament. The Hawks open the tournament at 1 this afternoon, taking on Arkansas City. The Eagles take the field in the 3 o'clock game, facing the Hays Eagles.

The Salina Falcons Senior American Legion Baseball team hosts its Class AAA Zone Tournament starting today at Matson Field. The Falcons will play the 7 o'clock game tonight against the winner of the McPherson/Emporia game, which gets underway at 4.
