Billy Butler went 3-for-5 with a home run and three RBI in the Royals' 8-2 win over the Orioles. Butler's 23rd home run came in a four-run first inning, which also saw Alex Gordon smack his seventh dinger of the season. Will Smith improved to 3-and-4 after dealing seven innings of two-run ball with five strikeouts for Kansas City, which won its third straight game.
