Convicted Rapist On The Run

A convicted rapist was still on the run after escaping from the Ness County jail in western Kansas on Friday night.
The Kansas Highway Patrol and several law enforcement agencies were still looking for 37-year-old Benito Cardenas on Saturday evening.
Cardenas was convicted last week of rape and aggravated criminal sodomy under Jessica's Law because his victim was under the age of 14. Because of that provision, he could be sentenced to life in prison.
He is identified as 5-foot-11, 230 pounds, with tattoos on his arms and chest and a teardrop tattoo beneath his left eye.
Ness County Sheriff Bryan Whipple says Cardenas is a former gang member who is probably still affiliated with gang members in the area.

kind of resembles salinas veery own chad rico cinco chico de nada. wouldn't surprise me if he was a relacion. i'm telling you we've got to run these worthless lowlife mexicans out of america or at least our town. that is all

It doesn't say here, was he out on bond? If so WHY THE HELL was he not taken into custody right away!!?? Did he escape? If so, HOW!!?? He's most likely made it back across the border by now, the Mexicans that come here and get in trouble usually run like cowards back to their home turf!! If there is gang people that may be hiding him, why not lock them all up and ship them back to Mexico!! I hope he gets what's coming to him SOON before he hurts anyone else!! Shoot first, question him later!!

Time to wake up America and take back our country from the Mexican's. They have invaded our country and are killing, raping and committing various crimes. Our prisons are filling up with these people costing us billions of dollars. It is time for an all effort to clean out our country of these wetbacks here illegally.

I personally do not know why we do not go by the same laws for Mexican immigration that they use when an American wants to live in Mexico!!?? If these laws and rules are good enough for the Mexican government and citizens in Mexico, they should be good enough for the Mexicans immigrating here!!!
