Shooter Empties Kansas Clothing Store, No One Hurt
Associated Press - Tue 06:15 AM 08/14/2012
Wichita police say a 27-year-old man accused of firing a shot inside a store had been confronted by an employee over a can of soda.
No one was injured in Monday morning's incident at a Burlington Coat Factory store. But the shot sent some of the estimated 20 employees and customers running outside, while others hid in a break room.
Wichita Deputy Police Chief Tom Stolz says a security guard asked the man if he was going to pay for a can of soda he was drinking. Stolz says the suspect pulled out a pistol and fired a shot at the guard from six to eight feet away.
Police using a stun gun quickly took the suspect into custody. He was taken to a hospital for observation.

Whe do they always take these guys to the hospital for observation? Put the sob in jail where he belongs. Or better yet shoot his butt dead so he does not do this again and so we taxpayers do not have to pay for his up keep in prison.

Just need to teach the individual that .45 holes make invisible souls. It's quick, easy, and costs less than a buck to prove it.
