11 plaintiffs are in the lawsuit against St. John's Military School.

A federal magistrate judge is allowing four more former cadets to join an abuse lawsuit against a Kansas military school.

The decision Monday by U.S. Magistrate Judge Kenneth Gale brings to 11 the number of plaintiffs in the lawsuit against St. John's Military School in Salina.

Gale rejected a request to name the school's principal as a defendant. He also refused to allow a separate damage claim for alleged destruction of evidence.

Among the new plaintiffs are a Colorado boy who was branded on his arm and a Texas boy allegedly beaten for not cleaning his room.

A California boy claims he was swatted multiple times with a saber while taking a shower, and a Texas teen contends he was injured after strenuous physical training.

Whether true or not everyone that had a problem with the school will be jumping on the band wagon. These misfits won't talk about the problems they caused in our community such as shoplifting or damaging private property. All these little angles want people to believe just that not really what they were like.

You are right on target iamgonnagetu. I was flipped off once when driving by the school by one of the little misfits. I have been thinking about getting in on the action by suing St. Johns, claiming hurt feelings, distress and personal torment, for over 20 years. Think I have a case? I am sure you can think of something and maybe we can join in on a class action. Might as well cause you know there is going to be some big money paid by St. Johns to try to keep this out of court. We might as well get our share.

Well four more wimps are complaining well let them join the Marines like I did and go through basic training and then they will really see how bad things get. If I were the judge I would send them on their way.

SJMS won't be paying a dime to these money hungry families.. I am starting to think the Judge is also wanting a pay-out, why else would he allow 4 more money hungry misfits to join in?????
