Motorcycle slid onto its side and into a ditch
An Ellinwood man is hurt in a Monday motorcycle crash near Claflin.
According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, 23-year-old Shane Link was riding a Suzuki motorcycle south on a rural road. He lost control, laid the motorcycle onto its side, and went into the ditch.
Link, who was wearing a helmet, was hurt. He was transported to the hospital in Great Bend.
The crash happened at about 2:45 Monday afternoon 1.2 miles north of Claflin in Barton County.
