Police say the man switched a price tag on the steaks.
A Wichita man is arrested for shoplifting in Salina.
According to Lt. Scott Siemsen, 44-year old Imad Youssef, was pulled over by police at Schilling and I-135 after allegedly leaving Wal-Mart, 2900 S. 9th, without paying for a Dr. Seuss DVD and some Dr. Scholl's bunion and callus pads.
Officers also found an 84-pound box full of beef tenderloin steaks taken from Sam's Club in Salina.
Police say Youssef switched the price tag on the box of steaks worth $863 - with a hamburger bar code and left the store after paying $175 for the package.

another arab stealing in salina. the words out about the pd but sad for him they got lucky and caught him which is good for us as we need more of this kind of police work. Hope the sheriff knows this guy is going to need another perk in jail for his prayer service.

Internet article says he is opening a restaurant in Wichita. What a way to get an inventory built up. Hope he washes his hands after picking his feet, before he prepares any food in his restaurant. Anyone for dinner in Wichita?
