Judge Weighs Long Sentence In Kansas Firearms Case
Associated Press - Mon 05:48 AM 09/24/2012
U.S. District Judge Monti Belot said in a letter to the parties that he was considering imposing the maximum statutory sentence of 40 years.
A Wichita man snared in a federal firearms sting operation could be going to prison for several decades.
Chico Davis pleaded guilty in June to 10 counts of being a felon in possession of a firearm and selling drugs. He was scheduled for sentencing Monday in U.S. District Court in Wichita.
U.S. District Judge Monti Belot said in a letter to the parties that he was considering imposing the maximum statutory sentence of 40 years. But the judge also said he might make the total term even longer, by making the sentences on some counts consecutive.
Belot said Davis, now in his 30s, has a criminal record that began when he was 15 and continued uninterrupted except for when he was behind bars.

There is no reason Chico should not get the maximum with his record.

That's weird...they are throwing the book at this guy, but Holder ran an illegal operation and sold THOUSANDS OF GUNS AND ROUNDS OF AMMO AND GRENADES to hispanic Cartels and not only is he not getting in trouble, but he gets to keep his job as AG.., even after they got internal emails from the justice department talking about how this would be used to demonize the 2nd amendment, AFTER Holder publicly on video said that "we need to brainwash people so they think guns are bad..", but apparently that's small stuff..oh well, maybe this guy should have gone to work for the US DOJ, then he could have been a hero but still done the exact same thing.
