A Shawnee County judge has indefinitely postponed a court hearing on an attorney's legal challenge to President Barack Obama's place on the November 6th Kansas general election ballot.
A Shawnee County judge has indefinitely postponed a court hearing on an attorney's legal challenge to President Barack Obama's place on the November 6th Kansas general election ballot.
The Topeka Capital-Journal reports that Shawnee County District Judge Larry Hendricks will decide first whether California attorney and dentist Orly Taitz has the standing to file a lawsuit in Kansas.
Taitz promotes the discredited idea that Obama is not eligible to serve as president.
Last month, she sued Secretary of State Kris Kobach and a state elections board he leads after the board kept Obama on the ballot.
The board created a stir by taking time to authenticate information in a copy of Obama's birth certificate from Hawaii available online.
But Kobach is asking Hendricks to dismiss Taitz's lawsuit.

Ann, pregnant victim and witness to attack with 3 dead in Kansas Riv after gossip frenzy over race. Ann's Dad was not Stanley Dunham but Daniel Wayne Pope. You can read more details on my face book, blogger.com and twitter starting 7/26/12 and in Daily Recap each day since of how and why this could occur and a president not know who he is. I applaud the staff of the Sec of State for gong the extra mile and trying to locate the records, I could not be told and did not ask but I think they did find it. It is sad people actually believe this birther fiction. So can I make a new reality too. Lets say God spoke to a guy named Joseph Smith. Angels showed him where golden tablets were and he secretly translated them. That was six centuries before ancient Israelites came to America. Now everyone should wear magic underwear and practice polygamy because Jesus visited America. Last but not least God and Jesus are both living humans just like us. See I can make stuff up too even though it has no basis in reality but call it fact.
