The Kansas Department of Health and Environment has rescinded the boil water advisory for Dickinson County Rural Water District #2.

The Kansas Department of Health and Environment has rescinded the boil water advisory for Dickinson County Rural Water District #2.

The boil water advisory was issued on Oct. 8 because of a loss of pressure in the water system due to scheduled waterline maintenance.

Laboratory testing on samples collected indicate no evidence of contamination, and all other conditions that placed the system at risk of contamination are deemed by KDHE officials to be resolved.
