Sheriff Kochanowski tells KSAL News that an argument began at a residence north of Salina in the 5000 block of Leisure Road, Saturday afternoon around 1:30pm.

Lunnin was asked to leave the property and allegedly pulled a pocket knife out and cut 31-year-old Adam Branstetter across the thumb.

Branstetter of Salina, was treated at Salina Regional Hospital and released.

Lunnin was found later on Saturday in Minneapolis, Ks. - after what police there described as a disturbance.

Get a grip. I'm pretty sure Salina PD doesn't have jurisdiction less than one mile from the Ottawa/Saline county line.
