Salina Police are searching for a woman who may be traveling with a wanted man.

Police on Wednesday released the name of a woman who is wanted in connection to a shooting that occurred early Monday morning.

Lt. Scott Siemsen tells KSAL News that a warrant for 26-year-old Ariana N. Waite of Salina has been issued.

Police say she was one of three people who allegedly went into a house at 314 S. Ohio around 3:30am Monday morning. An argument escalated when 22-year-old Armani Ramos, allegedly pulled out a handgun and fired a single shot.

The bullet went through the arm of a female, then lodged into the leg of 23-year-old Morgan Allred.

Police arrested Allred after he was treated at the hospital. Allred is facing charges in connection to the shooting.

The woman is reported to be recovering from her wounds at Salina Regional Health Center.

Police are still searching for Ramos - who is considered armed and dangerous.

Once again the police are not giving the whole story but expect the public to help. If they want help give us the story. Crimestoppers is a thing of the past they do not pay out and it is a police tool used so people think they are going to get a reward and they get nothing. If someone looked into it the promise of money for information and then not give anything is a crime in itself.

Still not caught and the guy was on foot. Well probably long gone out of Salina by now. Another criminal slips through the fingers of Salina PD
