Cash is taken from a safe at a Salina restaurant.

Police are investigating a burglary and theft at the Huddle House, 2250 N. Ohio, after someone entered a locked office inside the establishment Monday sometime between 4:30pm and 11pm.

Management told officers a locked safe was opened and $684 in cash was removed.
