Opponents of immigration policies favored by Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach are calling for his resignation.

A group called the DREAM Act Coalition expects up to 75 people from around the country to join an anti-Kobach rally Tuesday at a

Topeka state office building. The DREAM Act would create a citizenship path for residents who were brought to the U.S. illegally as children.

Kobach is a Republican and former law professor at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. He has helped shape immigration policies around the country, and continues to litigate immigration issues in other states while serving in his Kansas position.

The coalition says part of its message to Kobach is that the Republican Party's views on immigration have alienated Hispanic

voters.

The word of Kansas comes from The Great Plains Tribes. I wonder why white individuals trespassed onto the land of Kansas and stole the property from the American Natives. Why is this white mean dude, Kris Kobach, enforcing to keep the non-Kansasns out of the land?

Hmm well that's the past. We can't change it. So because one group did it ,it's okay .I have sympathy for Native Americans. But not illegals Come legal and obey our laws. I don't have all the answers but we can't just take everybody in.
