Thieves hit a Salina business for copper wiring.
Police are investigating after someone cut a padlock on a gate at Walthers Oil Company, 204 1/2 South Broadway, between November 19th at 9pm and November 25th at 10pm, and then broke into a storage garage.
Once inside, they damaged two arc welders by cutting off the welding leads made of copper wiring.
Police say two windows on a Chevy SUV were also broken.
Total loss and damage is listed at $1012.
