Nine Royals were named to the World Baseball Classic provisional rosters yesterday.

The rest were highlighted by the Dominican Republic selecting Miguel Tejada and Kelvin Herrera, while Salvador Perez was chosen by Team Venezuela. Bruce Chen is with Team China, Irving Falu is on Team Puerto Rico and Team Mexico picked Luis Mendoza.
