Five of Salina's Most Wanted Caught

The February list of Salina's Most Wanted went on-line Saturday, and already five are caught.
According to the Saline County Sheriff's Office, as of Tuesday morning, Richard Blevins, Dustin Gordon, Colin Hoolehan, Robert Vering, and Shakiel Walls all have been caught.
Those on the February list are wanted for crimes that include things like felony drug crimes, aggravated battery, aggravated indecent liberties with a child, arson, making criminal threats, burglary, felony theft, identity theft, and more.
Since the program began back in July of 2000, thanks to tips from the public, 1,847 criminals have been caught, and 257 crime stoppers rewards have been given out.
The most wanted program was founded through the cooperation of the Salina Police Department, the Saline County Sheriff's Office, the Salina Journal, and Newsradio 1150 KSAL.
