Three men in Hays are charged in a sexual assault case, and a teen is being sought.
According to the Ellis County Attorney's Office, 21-year-old Dominique Allen, 21-year-old Denzel Black, and 22-year-old David Draper all face multiple charges that include rape and possession of marijuana. All three are being held in the Ellis County Jail in lieu of $100,000 cash bond each.
All three are former Fort Hays State University football players.
A fourth person, 17-year-old Terrance Black is being sought in connection with the case as well. Authorities are asking for the public's help in finding him. He is a black male 6' 2" tall, weighing about 150 pounds. His last known residence was Aurora, Colorado.
