Republican Gov. Sam Brownback has replaced former Democratic Gov. John Carlin as a member of an agency set up to nurture bioscience companies.
Brownback announced the appointment Monday of Manhattan resident Lee Borck to the Kansas Bioscience Authority. He'll replace Carlin, whose term expired in mid-March.
Borck is chairman of the Beef Marketing Group Cooperative and Innovative Livestock Services, a farming and cattle-feeding company. Both have offices in Great Bend. His appointment must be confirmed by the state Senate.
Brownback and some fellow conservative Republicans in the Legislature have criticized the authority's operations. Carlin has defended the agency and said he hadn't expected to be reappointed.
Carlin was governor from 1979 to 1987 and had served on the Bioscience Authority since July 2006.

And this is how Buster Brown Stain rewards his Beef Slime buddies. Next he will make it illegal to report on who is selling food with it in it. All I can say is I bet it was not on the menu at his secret meetings he holds at the Govs House. I would like to know what was said and why he said it, looks to me like Buster does not want anyone that is going to tell it like it really is or stand up to her.

Is this how Gov. Brownback treats horribly to pervious Kansas Governors? I beleive he is doing the favorism for his own Republican Party System. No wonder why he hates Liberalism in the United States. If he believes in American, would he follow American Revoltation or Benedict Aronlds?
