The first people they should be talking to are the people that work at the lot and who towed the suv to the lot. The word on the street is they go through cars looking for items and if this is the truth then this case is solved.

Iamgonnagetu, Sounds like an easy solution to me, my money on the tow lot people. That would be rather sad if that is the case, after someone has a terrible wreck and has the vehicle towed, then to return to find all their belongings have been stolen!!! HOMER: LOL, I didn't get to see what you said, but I guess we will have to watch ourselves, which isn't all bad I guess :)

why is the company that towed this named? Seems to me very unusual to just have $800 sitting in your auto someplace but if indeed this is the case and the guy is telling the truth all fingers should point to the tow company, My sister had a problem with that company also on some missing things that did not amount to much so she did nothing. Should these tow companies not be held liable for things like this?

Am I the only one that finds it rather odd, KSAL will name a 14yr old boy in a horrible situation that has not even been processed through our judicial system yet and ruin his life, but choose to not name the damn tow company involved in this matter??!! I think perhaps they should be looking at the choices they make when reporting these stories.
