Saline County Inmate Found Dead
Tyler Henoch - Wed 11:25 AM 04/25/2012
A Saline County inmate was found dead around noon on Tuesday.
According to the Salina Police Department, the body of Myrna Eisele was discovered in her cell by a corrections officer. Eisele was not sharing the cell with any other inmates. Her death seemed to be of natural causes, however an autopsy is planned to take place to confirm the cause of death.

Oldguy do you actually know how many people have died in the Saline County Jail? If you don't it might be wise to keep your mouth shut.

This is what is wrong with the present administration down at the jail. Someone could lay around hours dead and they do not know it. Also another example of why the jail is over crowded. Keeping a 65 year old woman in jail for stealing how bad is that. The court should have released her. If she murdered someone I can see keeping her in Jail but under these circumstances with over crowding it was wrong. You also would think the old cogger of a sheriff we have would keep a better eye on seniors in his jail.
