Safety fourth! No one over 18 should be forced to wear a helmet. If they wanna ride without one and risk a severe head trauma more power to them. Stupid is hard to kill! ksfarmdude, You sure like to see civil liberties taken away and always have your nose in other folks business,,, You are the "Man". Ease up and mind you own GD beeswax why dontcha?

ksfarmdude, it still is, to some dgree, a free country, let us make our own choice on a helmet! If you don't ride, the don't worry about it!! We are at more risk of idiots not paying attention than not wearing a helmet!

precisely raidernut , your absolutely right the other idiot drivers are the main concern , but sad to say its the motorcycle rider that takes the blunt of an impact weather it is against a windsheid or pavement head trauma is the same and BTW I ride a bike also and wear them on the open highway

It should be a individuals choice both for seat belt and helmets. More and more freedoms are being taken away from us.
