Someone better find out who was abusing that boy to turn him in to a molester at such a young age. RARELY do they just start molesting at that age just because they feel the urge. Usually it's due to prior abuse that they are acting out against, or don't realize isn't ok because it was always done to them

You don't know what was done if anything to him and neither does anyone else why is it some idiot claiming to be a doctor says it is because they were abused is the only reason they abuse others ....... I am not sticking up for the kid but I am sick and tired of hearing people say we'll it was because they were abused them selfs when only GOD knows why and either way it is sick at what happened in this world and this town all the time and if the kids is guilty then punish him in a way that fits the crime .....

Unnamed; And it is your "gods" fault that this happened. Remember, your "god has a plan for everyone, so I guess it was in his plan for this kid to become a molester at this young age. But I am so sick and tired of idiots like you, who claim, "When only "god" knows why things happen."......... Oh, and don't give me the "god let's you live the way you choose" BS.....

Wow for one I think the main thing they need to do is try to find out IF this kid was abused as a child or maybe if he has something wrong mentally. And as for your little arguments back and forth about god, some believe some do not the constitution gave us ALL the right to freedom of religion and the right to express it so honestly the only person on here that is not to blame for trying to stifel that right is unamed WhoCares and t-bone you have no right to make the comments that you did and that just shows your ignorance

O and i feel extremely saddened for this child because he has to deal with the salina police force my brother was charged with the same thing and he wasnt even in the same town when it took place so they kept changing the date until they hit a date that he was actually here on and he is now serving 15 years in a state prison. The saline county police department took away the best years of a young boys life and it looks like they are prepared to do it again.

hey so called girlygirl.... Instead of sitting here judging others, why don't you be the "law" girl, and help prove your brothers innocence? I am wondering if your story is true. They just go and keep picking a date that he was in town, just to charge him with a crime? And now he is serving 15 years? And the victim and/or parents did not know about the time frame when this happened? Give me a break... Talk about ignorance...

Ummm my problem is everyone is focused on the "victim" of the accused and not the true VICTIM. This 14 year old was NOT the victim in THIS case it was a younger child, come on people let's stop judging and having religious battles and regain focus on what's important. A child under 10 years old sexually abused. PERIOD!

What is wrong with people? Don't you have anything better to do than to judge this teenager and his family. I happen to know this teen's mother and she is literally heart broke of the alleged abuse that took place. All I have to say is keep your negative comments to your self and let God judge who is right and wrong. I have to agree with the person that commented on Brandon Mosher's about you people getting into heaven. You are going to have one hell of a time getting in.

I know all the details more than I care to know, about both of the children...the victim and the offender. And not that it's anybody's business but yes the offender was abused, and it was at SCHOOL by a STUDENT and the school did NOTHING about it. The other time was a grown man in his 40's. And for all those who think he should be punished should know that this 14 year old has the mentality of a 6-7 year old. So please keep all your bad comments to yourself. This family is going through enough without all you BS filled idiots making it any worse.

I appreciate the ones that are opened minded of enough to look at both sides of this horrible tragedy. This has caused major tension and arguments within my family, however to the closed minded immature idiots who dont understand that there is two sides to every story. His mom and I made the mistake of not trusting our son when this first happened to the "offender", no matter how bad it ripped out our hearts we believed our son the victim this time But his Mom will stand behind both her babies and fight with me against anyone who thinks that both sides do not need to be heard. Till you all walk a mile in our shoes with both these children dont judge them or our family.
