I look forward to visiting this establishment but will probably wait until things calm down a bit. New resturants in this town have the ability be hectic for many months after their grand opening.

We dined there Saturday, and the service was outstanding and the food was excellent! Great addition to Salina.

I wonder businesses of North of Salina and Salina Downtown are thrifting on their own. Why are the working class driving suffering to pay extra gas to the South while the middle class easily drive right by the luxury shopping?

Umm...I am about as "working class" as it gets and I drive in from WAY up north every day to go to work. I sincerely doubt that someone who can't afford the extra $.15/mile or so to drive across town is going to be too concerned about where they are building the newest restaurants.
