An early morning stop on the interstate leads to a drug arrest.

According to Sheriff Glen Kochanowski, a deputy clocked a car traveling at 86 miles per hour in a 75-mph zone on I-70 around 4:40am on Wednesday.

The deputy smelled marijuana as he approached the 2001 Chevy Malibu, and further investigation led to the arrest of 43-year-old Gary Wayne Hadley of Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Deputies found 355-grams of marijuana inside the car along with pop bottles of THC and THC candy.

Hadley is currently in the Saline County Jail and facing multiple charges that include possession of marijuana with intent to sell and driving with a revoked licence.

Two passengers who were in the car were released without charges.

They don't fall into all of them - they create some of them on their own--set ups are successful.
