Salina Police Looking For McPherson Thieves
KSAL Staff - Fri 10:46 AM 06/22/2012
Salina Police are looking for thieves who used a stolen debit card in Salina.
Police say that on June 13th, a purse was stolen from a car in McPherson. When the victim discovered the theft, she canceled a credit card and debit card that were in the purse.
Police say that the debit card had already been used, though, in Salina.
The card was used twice at the Kwik Shop on Schilling Road, and once at the Casey's convenience store on Schilling Road.
It was also unsuccessfully attempted to be used twice at Walgreens, twice at the Dillons grocery store in Sunset Plaza, and once at the Cave Dweller liquor store in Sunset Plaza.
The suspects are described as a thin white female with blond hair, and a thin white male with light colored hair that is short on top, but in the back is in a long braid. They were in a silver SUV.
The suspects were caught on video at several of the businesses. Police are compiling the video and will release it.

The words out about how inept salina law-enforcement is so the crooks come to Salina. Mcpherson has all of these business's and they could have used the cards there and got away with more but evidently felt the Mcpherson police would nab them.

Enforcer did you see where one of the sheriff's investigators got booked. How proud the sheriff must be. This is the type of crap going on down there and they can't cover everything up.

I guess some people will do anything to get by.............That is, anything other than getting a real job and being responsible for themselves. What a waste of space these people are and how unfortunate for the victims.
