4-Wheeler Stolen in Assaria

Owner hoped it was a prank.
Deputies are searching for a stolen ATV.
According to Sheriff Glen Kochanowski, someone stole a blue, 2010 Yamaha YFZ-450-X four wheeler from behind a house in Assaria on Saturday.
After waiting to see if the missing Yamaha was only prank - Justin Short, of Salina contacted the Sheriff's Office on Monday.
Short told Deputies that he had been riding the ATV in the early morning hours of June 30th with a friend and left it parked behind a house in the 200 block of N. Highland.
Sometime between 1am and 9:30am - someone stole the vehicle.
Total loss is listed at $5,000.

old bag granny isn't going to say anything... well, intelligent anyway... everytime she does, it's either she knows how it happened, she saw the arrest...or my favorite, she knows the criminal and its always the same... "He is such a nice kid, just made a bad choice"... or "He/she is a scumbag and deserved to be taken off the street..."
