Annika Patrick - Wed 10:57 AM 07/25/2012
Miscellaneous tools were taken from a garage in New Cambria.
Merlyn Andres, 69 of New Cambria, noticed between Thursday, June 14 and Tuesday, July 24 tools had come up missing from his garage. Andres thought at first that he had just misplaced them or family members had borrowed them without his knowledge.
According to the Saline County Sherriff's Office, Andres later noticed that screws had been taken out of the hasp of the garage door.
Missing tools include paint guns, pipe wrenches, battery charger, impact wrenches, a welding helmet, and many other hand and power tools.
Andres and the Saline County Sheriff's Office are currently checking with the family.
Total loss is $2,756.

@troy-Were you dropped on your head when you were a baby? If you go back and re-read the article it says hand and power tools. As in HAND TOOLS (ie.. screwdrivers, wrenches, hammers, you know those sort of HAND tools!!)
