Arrest Is Made After Items Are Removed and Sold

Harper sold the refrigerator and stove after they had been removed
An arrest is made after relative returns to home of evicted tenants.
Grant Warhurst, 34 of Salina, owns property at 1116 Park. The previous tenants at that address had been evicted.
Warhurst allowed a relative of the family back into the residence to retrieve her belongings. The relative then decided to have the refigerator and stove removed, and sold. The items were recovered at Tony's Appliances.
Total loss is $600.
The Salina Police Department arrested 23 year old Jessica Harper of 11 E. Iron.
She was charged with felony theft, due to a criminal history.

gonnagetu, I bet this wouldn't have happened if we had a new sheriff. Right? Come on, lay on us some of your wisdom. Where's Granny? Need some of her insightfullness too. It has to be the police departments fault. I bet they were writing tickets somewhere, or parked talking, they should have been waiting at Tony's appliance. Cause in Granny or gonnagetu's world, that's how its done. PLEASE, give us some intelligent words. We cannot get enough of it.
