Salina PD do your job. Stop trying to bribe with false hope they may be paid something. How many times has $1000 been paid out in the last 5 years?

Replacing every camera with high-definition is obviously unreasonable but why can't Walmart replace the exit cameras. How many crimes have went unsolved because of low quality cameras in the last 3 months.
