Teen Jailed for Indecent Liberties

The alleged incidents occurred in central Salina.
A Salina teen is booked into the Juvenile Detention Facility on charges of indecent liberties.
According to Lt. Scott Siemsen, a female victim under the age of 16, contacted police on Monday about three alleged incidents that occurred in central Salina.
An investigation led to the arrest of 16-year old Gonzalo Martinez, 522 S. 12th.
Police say that between May 19th and August 16th, Martinez allegedly had inappropriate sexual contact with the girl on two occasions and made an indecent solicitation to her during that time frame as well.
He has been charged with two counts of indecent liberties and one count of indecent solicitation.

No doubt they were a couple and it was mutal and he did something to p i s s her off and she found a reason to turn him in. Thats only my guess.

Could be but they do not have enought room to arrest every kid having sex.

Wow when sex goes wrong. Evidently if this female was forced then there would be stiffer charges filed. She wanted to play house and when the party was over she complains. Maybe the guy should complain that she took advantage of him and she also should be arrested. In this day and age it is not always the guys who should be held accountable but the females as well.
