VIDEO: Suspected Shoplifter Caught On Camera

This person is suspected of shoplifting from Kohls on September 26th.
A suspected shoplifter is caught on video.
Police say that a white male in a dark colored, hooded sweatshirt is suspected of shoplifting from Kohls on September 26th.
