Rare Bike, Computers Stolen

This Felt brand New Belgian Brewery Cruiser bicycle was stolen.
Burglars take computers and a bike from a couple of Salina businesses.
Police are investigating a burglary that took place sometime between Tuesday at 5pm and Wednesday morning around 8:45am at two businesses that are joined together through a storage area.
Police say an E-Machine computer, a Dell computer and $20 cash was taken from the Book Nook, 147 S. 4th.
According to Lt. Scott Siemsen, burglars may have forced their way into the storage area through an overhead door.
A limited edition bicycle owned by the adjoining business, Abner's Autos, 212 E. Iron, was also taken. Police say a Felt brand New Belgian Brewery Cruiser bike was stolen.
Total loss in the case is listed at $1,050.

How hard can it be to locate a "PeeWee Herman" bicycle? The chief could start by looking in equineman's closet...

LOL love you @who. The bikes will turn up sooner or later and, in the meantime, there will be at least one paranoid person hiding out in his basement, talking to computer screen and waiting for the crime wave to take over the city. But the rest of us know that the Salina PD is a great organization and all you need to do is dial 911 and every officer will ut his/her life on the line to keep us safe.

Dear whosyourdaddy.... Im not quite sure you could afford Pee Wee Herman's bike. That bike was made by the Felt Company in Irvine California. They also made all of the 2012 US Olympic teams bikes, most of Lance Armstrong's bikes and they made them for a few other famous people. The company isnt a big company but their bakes are all hand made by Americans which in turn, makes them a little bit more valuable. That particular bike was made for New Belgium Brewing company and are very limited in production, so there aint that many around. Your right, they are kinda cheesy, but thats what makes it COOL. To the owner of this bike... We, down here in Wichita, will keep an eye out for it and I know a few folks up in KC will do the same. Sorry for your loss. Keep your chin up.

Dear Buckskinner38... You are right, I couldn't afford the bike. However, I do not want it. Although I do think it's a cool, but odd, looking bike, I do not want it in my possesion. I, personally, do not care who made the bike, what other bikes they have made, nor do I care about Lance Armstrong. The crime rate in Salina is skyrocketing, and our dumb police chief thinks our crime has dropped, so I was leaving my usual sarcastic remark. Thank you for your kind reply. Unlike others on here, they ramble on incoherently while still being addicted to bath salts. It's nice to have someone on here who knows what they are talking about, and obviously, you know your bikes pretty well. My regards to Wichitans...

Victory I want to know where you get your stats your the big know it all on here. My beef with the chief and sheriff is they do nothing in the way of solving cases. Murders in the county and city both go unresolved. Crimes go unresolved sure they catch a few but more get away. Instead of blowing smoke on here go and talk to the families of murder victims, rape victims or victims of crimes only then will you understand.

well they answered you victory on the sheriff and chief of police why don't you respond? You asked this question of them in 2 or 3 other posts so respond to it. Bart does not qualify as a response. Everyone in salina and saline county knows there are many murders that have gone unresolved and the sheriff and chief can care less about it. I also believe if the sheriff had an opponent that had the smarts he could have really made something out of the election as the sheriff has to many skeltons in his closet and his record while in office is very questionable.
