Officials Work On Saturday Evening Water Line Break

Customers located between Magnolia and Simpson will be effected. Those customers will experience low, or no water pressure.
A water line break Saturday evening disrupts services for customers of Saline County Rural Water District #2.
Officials tell KSAL News that the break happened at around 5:15, on Simpson Road, about a quarter of a mile South of Crawford Street.

Officials are working to fix the problem, and say that it will be several hours before pressure for the customers effected is back to normal.

why should they it should not be comtaminated from a simple break in the line.
