Police say the truck has no tailgate.

A vehicle is stolen late Sunday night.

Police were called to the 600 block of Gypsum last night after a man heard someone start his pickup truck and drive away.

23-year-old Elijah Madison told officers that the key was stuck in the ignition of his 1993 Ford F-150 extended cab pickup.

Around 11:45pm he heard the engine turnover and ran out to see someone drive off in his dark green truck.

Total loss is listed at $2,000.

Leave your key in your truck then it will be gone. To cheap to have his truck fixed and now he has nothing.

@Iam, if you just didn't comment on some things, people probably wouldn't speak so poorly of you. That comment is unneccisary, it just makes you sound dumb.

Maybe the poor guy couldnt afford to get his truck fixed. What else are you to do? I feel for the guy....years ago I had a 1971 Plymouth Fury III and the key broke off in the ignition. Anyone could get in it and drive it off cause I didnt have the money to fix it. Thank God no one did. Have some sympathy will ya Iamgonnagetyou. Karma is gonna kick your ass someday..mark my word.

Hey setyoustraight you still drive that old 71 plymouth and you still cannot get it fixed. It was a beater then and still is now. Guess what you still cannot afford to fix it so what has changed low life. The question is if you cannot get it fixed can you afford to have it stolen? Cheaper to fix it than replace it. In the case of a 71 plymouth its a toss up.

Hey Ritchie weren't you the one who wished the 2 kids would die in another story. And you are advising me not to comment on stories? If I were those kids father I would hunt you down like the dog you are and take care of business.
