Tools, Racing Tires Stolen

Thieves break into a trailer parked at a Salina storage lot.
Police are investigating a burglary and damage to property case after someone cut a lock on a 48-foot enclosed trailer sometime between Tuesday afternoon and Thursday night, and stole numerous items.
Police say the trailer was parked at City Wide Self Storage, 2435 Centennial, when the crime occurred. The owner told officers that two generators were taken as well as a set of Craftsman tools, and floor jack.
Two racing tires and aluminum rims were also stolen.
Total loss and damage is listed at $1,850.

To bad there was not a citizen there to catch the crook for the cops. Mean while the crime spree continues.

Iamgonna, Where were you? You let the community down by not casting your shadow on this fiend plundering a storage trailer. Perhaps the CityGo bus doesn't stop in that area- next time take a cab or remove your paper badge.

todd p my understanding was you would not let people get on here and pick on others. this person imnotgonnagetu has been doing this for a couple of days and I and others are tired of it. do something about it please.

WHAT I AM very VERY TIRED OF IS....PUTTING THE COPS down...AND IF U THINK you CAN DO MUCH BETTER ....GET OUT THERE AND DOOOOOOO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!BE THAT goood CITIZEN THAT CATCHES ALLLLLL OF THE BAD CROOKS THAT DONT KNOW HOW TO LIVE....I would like to see ONE...... Positive thought or comment from those who always comment about how bad someone else is...GIVE good ideas of how to catch these criminals ...ITS not helping this way at all...NOT even any fun anymore to read ...just the same ole junk and same words like a recording...get OFF that kick please...

CJSMESSAGE you echo the same message you always do probably because you are a cop sitting around on your cell phone following your chief's orders. You will see something positive once the police start doing something about the crime occurring around here. If they caught half the people committing the crimes without the help of the taxpayers everyone would be happy. If we had a chief come out publicly and say they are going in the direction to catch these people it would be nice. In a town this size the chief does not have to have others speak for him all the time.

I don't expect ksal to make a big thing out of this. I will file my complaint directly with Todd P and wait to see if this harrassment continues and if so then will go to his superiors. My last complaint about like user names went no where so I will be watching to see if the user name of iamnotgonnagetu is removed for violating the rules set up by ksal.
