Police Find Peeping Tom

A Salina man is arrested for peeking under a restroom stall door.
Police arrested 19-year old Shay Palmer of Salina, after woman in her 40's told officers a man came into the ladies room at Menards, 805 Virginia, on Tuesday morning and looked under the door at her.
Investigators used store video to identify Palmer - who had made a purchase.
Police say his customer information led them to his residence.

He evidently is a transgender and felt he had a right to be in the ladies room. This is what our city commissioners wanted only now he is not protected by an ordinance.
