Seems to me our Chief of Police is in hiding. He refuses to address the citizens of Salina concerning all the thefts being committed. Or just what measures he is taking to curb thease robberies. If he is not going to do the job then he needs to resign.

I get tired of reading about crimestoppers and monies they promise but never seem to pay anyone. A while back they published figures of what they paid out and one would do better with a pair of sunglasses, a cane and a hat sitting on Santa Fe and Iron then thinking crimestoppers would pay them anything close to a $1000.
