Speakers, Sports Equipment Stolen from Car

Multiple items are stolen from a parked car.
Police are investigating a report of a belated crime.
A Salina family contacted SPD after their 16-year old told them about the loss of car-stereo components and sports equipment from his car last month.
Police say there was no sign of forced entry into a 1994 Chevy Camaro that was parked in the 1100 block of Gypsum.
Speakers, a stereo amp, an iPod , zip drive, 2 LCD monitors and headphones were among some of the high-tech items stolen.
Police say two ball gloves and two sets of baseball cleats were also removed.
Total loss is listed at $2,535.
