Police are investigating a burglary at a Salina business.
According to Lt. Scott Siemsen thieves entered Vulcan Manufacturing, 1007 W. North Street, sometime between 7pm on Wednesday night and 5am Thursday morning and removed numerous items.
Police say there was no damage done to a walk-in door, but five ground cables were cut and four were stolen.
The 5-foot cables are made of copper.
Employees told officers that a car battery and 15 spools of welding wire, each weighing about 50-pounds were also taken.
Total loss and damage is listed at $2,225.
