Floor seats to see NFL Hall of Fame quarterback Terry Bradshaw speak in Salina are nearly sold out.

Bradsahw will be the featured speaker this Friday night at the Salina Area Chamber of Commerce Annual Banquet and Membership Meeting. Chamber President and CEO Dennis Lauver tell KSAL News that about 1,450 floor seats have been sold. He says that there are still a few tickets left.

Deadline to purchase a ticket is Wednesday. Bradshaw is considered to be one of the greatest quarterbacks in NFL history. He was a four-time Super Bowl champion quarterback with the Pittsburgh Steelers, two-time Super Bowl MVP, and Pro Football Hall of Fame Inductee.

After retiring in 1984, Bradshaw became a Color Analyst for CBS Sports on their NFL broadcasts, and later one of the in-studio co-hosts.

After a decade with CBS, Bradshaw joined Fox Sports in 1994. He is currently one of the co-hosts and analysts on Fox NFL Sunday. Along with his football work, Bradshaw is also an author, singer, actor, and motivational speaker.

Tickets are available to Chamber members for $50 per person. For non-chamber members they are $75 per person.

The chamber is putting it to the people it continues to ask money from to operate, the Salina taxpayers. Why should we have to pay more to go to this event? Maybe we need to tell our elected commissioners no more taxpayer monies for the chamber.

It's time to send the chamber a clear message even Dennis will understand. You want to charge us $25 extra we will take 50k from your budget of taxpayer money.
