Vandals Smash Out Windows on a Vehicle

Officers were called to the 500 block of Winn Road on Tuesday evening after receiving a call that a car had been vandalized.
The Salina man's car had both of the side windows on the driver's side broken out in his 1996 Oldsmobile last evening between 7:00 and 8:30 PM. The victim's car was parked in the 500 block of Winn Road when the vandalism took place. The item used to break the windows is unknown.
Total damage is listed at $500.

I cannot believe with all the crime going on the chief of police has not addressed the problems. Why are we paying good money to this guy when he has very little interest in speaking to the public about all that is going on. Why do the commissioners put up with his behavior?
