Vehicle Burglar Busted

Eric Swenson - Mon 01:24 PM 02/11/2013

Salina Police responded to a call of a car burglary in process around 12:50 AM on February 9th.

A Salina man was returning home late Friday night to his home on 1003 E. Beloit. He parked his 1999 GMC suburban in front of his house and then went inside. Ten minutes later he looked out his window and saw someone sitting in his vehicle using the laptop that he had left there.

Miller then called Police who responded quickly and arrested 29-year old Cody Lott of Minneapolis on charges of attempted vehicular burglary.

No damage was caused to the Dell Laptop or Suburban.
