Why release these punks? Herein lies the problem with further vandalism when these punks know they will get a kiss on the cheek and sent home. PUT THEIR BUTTS IN JAIL.

If you're not aware the Juvenile Detention Center can only house 10 kids. Most of the time it is over filled and kids have to sleep on the floor. Would you rather they hold these 2 or someone who has been raping their little sister? You probably don't know about it but kids get arrested every other month or so for sex crimes that don't make it to the news.

I believe this is part of the new be easy on these kids that they implemented where they pat them on their butts and send them on there way as t--bone made mention. I guess this program is not working.
